Listings and claims
66 Roadies may request evidence that a person is authorized to claim or edit a business. Public-source facts may appear on an unclaimed free listing. Corrections remain subject to source and safety review.
Sponsorship labels
Paid placement, rewards, featured stops, sponsored challenges, and affiliate relationships will be labeled. Payment does not buy false reviews, fake check-ins, historical claims, or removal of legitimate safety information.
Metrics
Beta counts may include profile stamps, GPS-near previews, QR scans, reward actions, and reviewed photographs. Reports must identify the measurement type. A beta stamp is not represented as a confirmed sale or sponsor-grade verified visit unless the required proof system was used.
Business responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for accurate hours, prices, offers, eligibility, safety information, taxes, fulfillment, and honoring active rewards they approved. QR signs must not direct travelers into unsafe or private areas.
Pricing and cancellation
Public founding prices are proposals until a business accepts a specific written order or checkout. Future subscriptions should state billing frequency, included placement, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before payment.
Content rights
A business must have permission to provide logos, photographs, offers, and advertising claims. Traveler photographs remain subject to the creator's rights and the applicable visibility or contest permission.
